Low Rope Course Activities
Develop communication and trust and build teams using physical and mental challenges that require group interaction. Low rope course activities are never more than three feet off the ground. During a low ropes course, the focus is on the team building. Team development and leadership concepts are taught through a series fun problem solving activities. Activities draw on the knowledge and ideas of every group member and require the participation and cooperation of the entire team for success. After completing each low rope course element, our facilitators help groups reflect upon their experience to explore how they function as a team and ways to become more effective. Low rope course element activities are performed on or close to the ground, gradually increasing in difficulty so that the team can learn from it’s successes, and build:
- Trust
- Communication Skills
- Problem Solving
- Group Dynamics
A low rope course always ties in well to a High Rope Course and is the foundation of every High Rope Course we do at Organizational Wide Leadership Solutions. Half, full, and multi-day low ropes course programs available.
OWLS is a member of the Association of Challenge Course Technologies, ACCT and our facilitators conduct courses under ACCT guidelines.
