This team building exercise encourages teams to work both independently and collaboratively, very much like your work place! These groups will work independently for one hour while on a scavenger hunt collecting material vital to the construction of four soap box derby race cars. These teams would then come together and separate into new teams where they will custom build a race cars that will be decorated and presented to the group with their innovative and creative marketing strategies. The cars would then be raced in a competitive manner. However, the goal would be to beat a pre set time making the whole organization victorious.
